Terms & Conditions
By using keepin you agree to the following terms. We've written them in plain language — the goal is mutual understanding, not entrapment.
1. About the service
keepin is a cloud storage service: you upload files, we store and serve them back to you, and provide sharing and collaboration features. The service is provided as-is — we work to maintain availability and speed, but we don't guarantee a specific uptime. keepin is operated by PT Float Labs Indonesia (NPWP: 1000.0000.0029.2499).
2. Account
- One account per person. Sharing accounts is not allowed.
- You are responsible for the security of your Google account — that's how you sign in to keepin.
- Minimum age 13. Accounts belonging to users under that age will be deleted.
3. Content you upload
Files you upload remain yours. We only receive a limited licence to store and serve them to you (or to collaborators you invite). We will not publish, sell, or use them for anything else.
You may not upload content that:
- Violates Indonesian law (e.g. extreme violence, child exploitation, terrorism material).
- Infringes third-party copyright or trademarks without permission.
- Contains malware or is designed to damage systems.
We reserve the right to remove content and/or disable accounts that violate these terms — usually with prior notice, except in cases of serious, urgent violations.
4. Subscriptions and payments
- Payments are handled by Google Play Billing. Auto-renewal follows the cycle you chose (monthly / annual).
- You can cancel anytime through Google Play. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
- Prices may change; we'll notify you before any change takes effect for your account.
5. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. Files will be permanently deleted within 30 days. We may also terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where possible.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, keepin is not liable for indirect damages (e.g. lost profits, data loss) arising from use of the service. Always keep backup copies of important files elsewhere.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be resolved amicably; if that fails, through the competent court in Indonesia.
