Is it secure? What about my privacy?
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Servers are in Southeast Asia under local data-protection rules. You can export everything or delete your account anytime from the Account page.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel anytime from the Account page. On monthly, your service stays active until the billing period ends. On annual, you keep access until the period ends with no auto-renew.
Can I upgrade from monthly to annual?
Yes, anytime. The remainder of your monthly period is automatically credited to the annual bill — you don't lose a cent.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major bank transfers, e-wallets (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay), QRIS, credit cards, and virtual accounts. All via Midtrans.
